[Plugin: Post Star Rating] getting started

1. uploaded folder-plugin
2. activated it
3. in post-template – what exactly should I write to be possible to vote on post-page??
i wrote <?php PSR_show_voting_stars(); ?> but now it shows only the result (5 pictures 0 votos Vota!!) but without possibility to vote.
would you please tell what to do exactly?
