[Plugin: Post Notification] Problem with subscription categories / user settings

    Hi,

    I encountered two errors:

    a) when I list the addresses in the admin panel I can click on the E-Mail address and I think usually there you can edit the categories. But just an empty page is opened. The link seems to be broken (I changed the host and the email):

    http://www.xxx.de/verein/wp-admin/admin.php?code=192561c08aa02b141c6f4241bccc11e0&addr=abc.def%ghi.de&

    b) when I register as user and get a mail, I also get a broken link to edit my profile:

    Sie haben sich zum Empfang dieser Mitteilung angemeldet.
    Wenn Sie sich abmelden oder ihre Einstellungen ändern möchten besuchen Sie bitte (changed the email):

    ?code=192561c08aa02b141c6f4241bccc11e0&addr=abc.def%40ghi.de&

    Post notification is a very nice plugin. But with this bugs it is not useable for me. 🙁

    I use Post Notification 1.2.32 and WordPress 2.71.
