I have found with two different sites (on two different hosts) that this plugin (though great) is a little unpredictable. It will sometimes simply ignore settings I have in my shortcode, but then suddenly it will take them again. Or sometimes it will ignore images. It’s just sort of random when it does it. I have stopped using it because I got frustrated with never knowing whether a change I made would be reflected in the page.

    Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback. I will say from my experience this is quite surprising to hear. I have used the plugin in every possible configuration on dozens of sites with no problems, and I know thousands of people are using it without experiencing these problems.

Are you using a caching plugin? That’s tripped me up a few times – I’ll add new images or change a setting and it won’t show up on the front end until the cache is refreshed.

My first suggestion in cases like this is always to take a look at what other plugins & what theme you’re using. It’s possible that there’s a javascript conflict or a missing function in the theme that could be causing the problem.

If you ever experience this and want help troubleshootoing, feel free to post on our support forum – we check it very often: http://madebyraygun.com/support/forum

    Regards,
    Dalton
