[Plugin: Portfolio Slideshow] Cycle plugin not loading with theme

This may have been covered in other answers, but I’m not at all savvy about Javascript, so I’m a bit lost here. Apologies for any redundancy.

I’m using the Ocean Mist theme and while the footer contains the <?php wp_footer(); ?> code, the cycle plugin is not being loaded. How can this be resolved? When I switched to Twenty Eleven it worked fine, but I’d like to use this theme and slideshow together if posible.
