[Plugin: PHP Snippets] Widget Problem

I have been developing a site using your snippet plugin for a while now and LOVE IT! Just noticed today that there is also a widget when I was looking for a simple way to include PHP in widgets. I’m having a little trouble with it though.

If I insert the current time default snippet, it outputs the time. I can’t seem to get it to work with any of my snippets though. I’ve looked through the support pages and even watched the youtube video. I’m not seeing anything about the widget though.

The first snippet I’m trying to make for the widget is a simple HTML form with some PHP inside it. I’m basically adding PHP to create a select field and need to output the form in the widget. Is there something I have to do differently because it’s a widget?
