[Plugin: Personal Fundraiser] I am missing something with Documentation

    The PayPal donate option needs to be configured through the personal fundraiser settings page. Documentation is based on the latest PayPal interface. In order to use PayPal, you need to generate a donate button on PayPal’s site. PayPal has more information on using a donate button here: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_donate-intro-outside.

    It does appear that according to PayPal you you need a Premier or Business account to access funds you receive.
