I need to have this option available to show on my admin landing pages so I can speed up my pages by disabling other plugins from running. Please help me get this to show where I need in the admin area. I am comfortable writing php but very new to it and don’t want to break anything (again).

What option do you need on your admin landing page?

The settings toggle switches to turn the plugins on or off. If that makes sense

I think you can use a plugin filter for this. Just get the url of your landing page and enter it as the permalink in a plugin filter.

I tried that and it didn’t seem to disable anything. Would you happen to know what makes so many calls to the admin-ajax.php file? That’s what I’m trying to pinpoint because it’s sucking up my resources on my landing page.

I did what Jeff recommended and things work perfectly. Just make a plugin filter and put a / after it (e.g. example.com/)
