Hello all, I want to create site about suggestion, like laptop suggestion or movie suggestion and visitor can comment and rate on. So I want your suggestion 🙂 about which theme or plugin do you suggest?

There are plenty of star rating type plugins such as: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gd-star-rating/ have a look in the plugin directory for more.

Otherwise there are also review type themes available with review and rating systems built in. For example: http://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/inreview/
