Plugin (or any solution) needed

I need a plugin to create a “range calculator”. I am not sure about the title but What I mean is like a loan or mortgage calculator. Something exactly like these samples:

• http://bestfinder.se on the right side of the home page, under the title “LÅNA UPP TILL 350.000 KR – UTAN SÄKERHET”
• https://www.lendo.se right side of the home page, under the title “Ansök direkt:”

I guess it is called range slider or numeric range calculator.

I found some good documentation about this jQuery Slider, but I just can not implement them into a WordPress site!
