[Plugin: Old Page Reminder] Slows down back end

I really want the function provided by this plug-in.

Unfortunately, it appears to be conflicting with another plug-in, but I haven’t yet been able to determine which one.

Will this be updated to work with 3.1? If not, are there recommended alternatives?
