• Hello,

    I am using the Ultimate Member Plugin in combination with the WP Super Cache Plugin. Now I found out, that this causes a problem. When I enter the login site of a hidden site the first time, there is no problem. Users can login and the site gets saved in the cache. If the user now doesn’t login, but goes back for some reason and then returns to the login site, the login site is skipped and the user is directed to the hidden site without having to login.
    This problem doesn’t occur as soon as I deactivate the HTML-Cache from WP Super Cache.
    Anybody had the same problems or knows a solution?

    Thanks
    McFoxx

  • “Login site”, “hidden site”, care to explain your terms?

    Hey, sorry of course.
    With “Login site” I mean the site the user gets to see as soon as he clicks on a blocked content while he is not logged in. The blocked content just registered users can see.

    “Hidden site” is the site that just registered users can see.

    Hope that explains enough.

    Hi @mcfoxx,

    Can you please exclude the UM pages from the cache and see if it fixes the issue?

    Thanks.

    OK I get it. That said, WP Super Cache is not supported here. I know you are just asking for anyone who has, or had the same issue. But know that I understand it, you will probably be better off taking it to my support board where we could discuss what could possibly be causing this problem on your site.

    Needless to say is a conflict setting with WP SC.

    @borisv
    Thanks for you help, the problem now is resolved.

    Excluding the UM pages didn’t help, but excluding the pages that require a login to see them helped. If they got cached, the login pages of UM got skipped for whatever reason.
