Plugin not working with custom post types

    Hello! I have this plugin to build the pages and posts of my website, but it is not working with custom post types. In the wordpress built in posts and pages, works fine. How to fix that? As you can see in the image provided, the button with the back-end editor does not even show. Thanks in advance.

    Hello,
    Thank you for contacting us.

    Our plugin provides no button on this page (https://imgur.com/G6l77ly).

    To use our plugin on that page, you can only add the plain shortcode like this
    [pt_view id=”abcdefgh”]

    If this is still somethings related to our plugin, might you capture the screenshot of “the button with the back-end editor” that shows in the post or page?
