Plugin Not Working?

    Hi

    I have the Membership plugin installed on WordPress 3.5.2.

    I have watched all of the tutorial videos and read all I can find about setting it up but I can’t get it to work as I think it should.

    Basically, I have two access levels, Members and Visitors, there are over 50 pages so I can only see 50 in the list.

    If I enable a Pages Negative rule for my Visitors level and apply it to all pages then all pages are blocked, showing the ‘The content you are trying to access is only available to members. Sorry.’ message.

    If I try and apply the negative rule to a single page it simply doesn’t apply, the page can still be seen. It only works if I select all pages.

    Any advice?

    The problem could be any number of things here. To speed things up could you post links to screenshots of the subscription plans and access levels pages in the Membership Admin area?

    Hi

    Back looking at this now.

    I can post screen shots somewhere, but not sure exactly what you need to see.

    I have the plugin installed, followed the instruction videos and have not yet managed to prevent visitors from accessing a single page.

    I have not got as far as trying to set up payments.

    A member registers on the membership page, they join a Level 1 Access Level. I have set a Positive Rule and added a page that I want only the users of that Access Level to see, and all visitors are still able to see that page.

    A bit more news…

    If I assign a negative rule to my visitor level, add Pages and then the sites homepage as the only tick a visitor who is not logged in cannot access any of the pages.

    This is the only way that I can get any action out of the Membership plugin.

    OK, given up with it, it’s not working.

    Moved on to another plugin that did work as soon as I installed it!
