Plugin not working

    Hi!

    A few days ago I got an email from WordPress for one of my websites. As far as I know it has something to do with Popup Builder plugin which doesn’t work anymore. At the end of an email, there are some error details which go like this:

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 54 of the file /home/blebetac/maminadlan.com/wp-content/plugins/popup-builder/PopupBuilderInit.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/blebetac/maminadlan.com/wp-content/plugins/popup-builder/com/classes/PopupGroupFilter.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’)

    Can anyone help me with this? I don’t know what to do at all.

    I have Bard Pro theme, WordPress version 5.6.2 and PHP version 7.5.15

    Dear @siminator ,

    Thanks for reporting an issue.
    Please, try to reinstall the plugin and make sure the following file exists:
    wp-content/plugins/popupbuilder-plugin/com/classes/PopupGroupFilter.php

    Do not forget to uncheck the Delete popup data option from the settings section before, in case you don’t want to lose the popups you have created:

    Thank you for your response. Since I’m not techy at all, can you please tell me where I can find the file you mentioned?

    Thanks for getting back to us.
    In order to find the file, you need to connect via FTP, and when finding the wp-content folder follow the mentioned path above?

    Please, let us know how it went.
