I’ve been using this plugin for Amazon’s OneLink for a while now and just realised today that one of my inks is no longer rendering to geographically appropriate stores (I’m in Canada and it takes me to US, see the link I provided). After chatting with Amazon Associates I realise that my plugin is all of a sudden not properly configured (it was when I first installed because it was working for ages). When I go to settings of the plugin I can no longer see “‘Automatic Display’ to ‘After Content’” as an option and all of my code in the box is scrambled (Misc. Devices, Lists, Manual Display are in the top lefthand of the box for the code). I’m on Firefox and Chrome and it’s the same thing.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

From your description I’m not sure if you have issues with the settings page or with the settings.
Can you please post a screenshot?

If the issue is with the settings page (page does not look like on this page https://adinserter.pro/documentation ) then this might be due to some conflict with other plugins (recently installed) or theme used.
Please check console in the browser for possible error messages.

If the issue is with the settings (the page is displayed normally) then it seems that your WP database or at least some table or row is corrupt.
The plugin stores all the settings into wp_options table, option name ad_inserter.
In this case I would suggest to log in to your hosting control panel and check/fix the database (usually via phpmyadmin).

Hi, I’m not sure how to post a screenshot here but it seems to be working now (the link). the plugin page is still messed up though. I’ve never worked in the database before so I’m not sure I want to do that…

Ok, then if the frontpage is working then you might only have issues with the settings page – a conflict with other plugins (recently installed) or theme used.

    1. check console in the browser for possible error messages.
    2. try to disable other plugins to see if the problem will go away.

Thanks yes, I’m looking at the plugins now but don’t think I’ve installed any new ones since I did this – so frustrating!

Maybe some update changed the situation.
