[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] thumbnail resize

Hello,
I’m using WP v3.0 and NextGEN Gallery v 1.7.0
Is there any chance when i checked ignore aspect ratio and set its size to 100×100 to be that 100×100 from full image?
I mean when i checked this my thumbnails are cuted and i don’t want them to be cutted but full resized
