[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Start carousel/slideshow from specific image?

    I have an image randomizer launching the carousel. Right now it starts from the same first image in the gallery.

    Any way to have the carousel start from an image pid passed via $_GET (likely via a CSS attribute) or is there another setting for the carousel shortcode that accepts a pid?
