Plugin [nextgen-gallery] slideshow

Im looking to use the slideshow with more controls. I have seen it on other sites but cant figure out how to achieve these results. Basically looking to have the slideshow feature along with play and pause button and next and previous image buttons. then below that the thumbnails of the pictures in the gallery for that post.

Any ideas if this is achievable or is there additional programing that I would have to do to get these results.
