• I want my images to show at 800X600 not the default of 320 X 240. If I go in after the fact and ask NextGen to resizes images it is just blowing up the 320 X 240 so now they are all pixelated. I am uploading images and I have the 800 X 600 box checked to resize before uploading so I am expecting the images to stay this size when looking at them after clicking on the thumbnail version of the image in image list view. How do I change this?

PS I tried to use the search as I am certain this question has been answered but the search returned results not pertaining to NextGen at all.

    Many thanks,
    Houston

Anybody? Please help. It seems this is the only place to get help with this.

    hi,
you can go: nextgengallary > options
and then checkout the tabs. i believe you will got a solution.

Did you find the solution? My images are pixelated as well.

I uninstalled and started with a fresh NextGen Gallery. I then did all of my image settings before uploading anything. This fixed my issue.

@htown, image resize setting is under gallery > options > images. slideshow setting is under options > slideshow. If you have previously resized the images and they are pixilated, it’s likely they were resized at the original default setting. so selecting to resize them to your new setting of 800×600 may not work. i’d suggest deleting that gallery, and creating a new gallery with the correct settings.

other areas you might check for image size settings is options > thumbnails. that controls the thumbnail size for imagelist gallery.

    hope that helps.
