[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Problems w/ thumbnail sizes

I have 2 problems:

Here’s the first. I have two galleries within one album. One of the thumbnails for the galleries is significantly smaller than the other one, and it looks very odd to have the thumbnails on the same page. Here’s the link to see it: http://stonetouch.net/gallery/

The second problem is related to the thumbnail size of the thumbnails within the separate galleries. Here are the two galleries: first and second.

In the “polished” gallery, the thumbnails are lined up nicely. In the “honed” gallery, the thumbnails are much bigger, and they’re almost overlapping. I’d like some consistency.

Can anybody help me so that both galleries end up displaying the same???
