[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] NextGen Effects not working

Hello guys, I installed nextgen on a page im making right now and no effects are working f.e shutter, i spent like 4 hours browsing solutions but nothing seems to help 🙁

wp version 3.2.1
nextgen gallery version: 1.8.3
