[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] HTTP Error

I cannot seem to create a new gallery or upload images to the gallery. It will not create a folder to put the images in, so I created the folder manually via FTP and tried to upload the files to the folder using the plugin and I get an HTTP error when trying to do this.

Uploading via Media library works fine.
