This is generally not up to you, Google bot is the one that chooses which images to add to their engine.
With that said though, you should try to submit a SiteMap/ImageMap and that should improve things.
But remember, just because you have 500 images, doesn’t mean google will index all 500.

I have a good Sitemap included the pictures, maybe is the problem the javascript…

Last time I tried the image site map option I had to build it by hand – is there an automatic generation method now?
Google is lazy and often can’t be bothered navigating from a thumbnail to jpg (or in your case thumbnail to thumbnail to jpg).
Try helping Google out by creating a page with a link to every jpg you want indexed on it (but test a small sample of links/jpg’s first). That’s easier than creating an image site map but the effect should be similar. The easier something is to find the more likely Google is to find it.
