Well you could modify the plugin if you really want to.
I agree that a simple Nofollow check box (maybe per rss feed) would be great
but ya, it would be a nice feature addon, hopefully the plugin author is paying attn here 🙂

What did you mean by this, “+1 for NoFollow, pref per record.” Is it already in the code? Can we add “+1” in the shortcode so all links are “No Follow?
