[Plugin: My Page Order] Remove pages from side nav

Is it possible to remove pages from side navigation? I have gone listed my company “products” in place of “links” but there is still a second nav bar on the side listed “pages”. Is it possible to get rid of that? The reason I would want to rid of it is because those pages are already shown in the top nav.
