Well, that’s certainly weird. Something (*not* My Calendar) is moving everything elsewhere – and also rotating the link upside down. I recommend that you try disabling each of your plug-ins in turn to try and see where the conflict might be.

I tried deactivating all plugins and the problem still occurs.
Using Developer addon for firefox I get the following warnings when I refresh the page:

Then it’s likely something your theme is doing. If you want to stick with that theme, you’ll have to go through what it’s doing line by line to see what’s there. Those CSS warnings aren’t significant.
