[Plugin: Multisite User Management] Spammers added to sub-sites

Hi there

I am tested this plugin on my network setup and it works great. Just what I need. The problem I’m having is that existing spammers were added to the sub-sites.

It would be great if existing spammers were not added to sub-sites and new users marked as spammers were removed from sub-sites (if possible).
