Plugin missing from left panel

I have this plugin called cr3ativ carousel and its for my slider on my home page. Its a premium plugin that I paid for as well. Here’s the problem, 3 days ago I was able to access this plugin and edit the carousel with no problem. The next day the plugin was missing and it does not show up in the left hand panel of my wordpress admin panel to be able to edit anything. The weird thing is that the plugin is still showing up in the plugins list and is currently activated and working. I cannot access this plugin but for some reason my web host support team is able to access it without a problem. How can I get my plugin back so I can continue my work to get my site up and going? Basically my web host support team told me they cannot figure it out.
