[Plugin: Mingle Forum] Allow customisable upload types

Right now there is a setting: “Allow Images to be uploaded:”. It would be super cool, to let the forum admin specify mime-types of formats that can be uploaded. In my forums, e.g. I’d like to allow users to upload songs they made.
