• Howdy Josh, I’m amazed at the responsiveness on this thread and hoping you can help me too. Just stepping into an existing site and attempting some edits. I’m attempting to use Meteor Slides on various portions of the site. Dug through the forum here and tried various fixes (including Restore jQuery), but nothing seems to do the trick.

I’ve got it both in the template and in the posts. I can see it when I inspect element, but the image is visibility:hidden. Any help would be much appreciated.

Happy to report that I found two conflicting plug-ins: Awesome Flickr Gallery and Social Media tabs. For a time that allowed me to see the slideshow in all of it’s intended glory.

Unfortunately I’m now not seeing any rotation. I’ve customized the CSS, but it seemed to be happening before that. I’ve followed some of the jQuery advice for a similar problem on these threads, but no luck.

Fascinatingly, it appears that the second slide is somewhere in there because it rotates the link and the alt text for what should be the second slide.

Hi Chris, I can see the slideshow running on the link you posted, did you get this work alright?

    Hi,
I am struggling with a slideshow too. I have inserted a gallery (cannot get the carousel to work either) and above the thumbnails you see “show slideshow” but when you click nothing happens…. Any ideas for me?
    site is artencampagne.org
    thanks a zillion

Hi Miko, are you referring to these galleries? Those are powered by NextGen Gallery, I don’t see Meteor Slides installed on that site.
