[Plugin: Mendeley Plugin] Request and Authorize Token fails

    Mendeley API Consumer Key and Mendeley API Consumer Secret are supplied, but clicking the auth button fail to return, plugin settings screen is empty.

    follow-up:

    curl and oauth were not installed. these should probably listed as pre-requisites. on ubuntu, i ran the following commands and it seems to be working now:

    sudo apt-get install php5-curl
    sudo apt-get install liboauth-php
    /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
