[Plugin: MediaElement.js – HTML5 Video & Audio Player] can't play while loading

Hi,

When I use ipad to surf my site, the video(*.mp4) can play(almost immediately) while downloading the file.
When i use browser(firefox, chrome) in computer, the *.mp4 only play after downloaded the whole file.

Can i set it to play immediately while downloading?
