Plugin Locks my WebSite

The installation was successful

When I try to access the settings (http://eduardopires.net.br/wp-admin/admin.php?page=responsive-menu) the request stops my site (I think it is blocking the thread). After few seconds I received this message error:

“HTTP Error 500.0 – Internal Server Error
C:\Program Files (x86)\PHP54\php-cgi.exe – The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeout”

So, I will uninstall this plugin, after install I can see the responsive menu, but I can’t configure, due the error.

I’m using IIS on Windows and PHP 5.4.
