[Plugin: List category posts] AND operator in id parameter

    Hi, thanks for a great plugin. I would like to list posts that belong to both of two categories, like in the logical AND operator. As far as I understand, the present implementation of the id parameter – e.g. in catlist id=17,24 – functions like the logical OR, that is, it includes posts that have either of the two categories. I am aware that I might simulate the AND operation by using one category and one tag, but categories alone fits better for my purpose.

    1: Is AND possible in this version of List category posts?
    2: If not, will you implement it?

    I would also need this. Being able to list posts of two or more categories with AND operator, would really help with lots of content. Having different views on same content is crucial part of making WP more CMS like. This would make it simple.

    Also, it is possible to add categories to pages (with plugin), would be great if List Category Posts could also list those …

    Any chance?
