[Plugin: LeagueManager] UTF8 Support

I would like to report lack of support for UTF8.
This plugin would be useful for me, but special characters like: ą, ć, ę, ł, ó, ś, ż, ź aren’t displayed corect when i add the team or league.

Example Poland teams: Lech Pozna? , Wis?a Kraków (must be Lech Poznań & Wisła Kraków)

Ps. for now I am translating this plugin into polish language.
