Hey @royalsiren ,
Hope you are doing well!
try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.
If you can’t find the issue, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.
Best,
Christian
I was also facing the same problem. After a few tests I was able to find out that in my case it is related to the plugin “Advanced Coupons for WooCommerce Free”. There seems to be conflict. After deactivation your plugin works.

@metalvan Thank you so much Norman – I actually actively use that plugin, so it sounds like I won’t be able to use this Pinterest plugin. That is a huge bummer. Have you found a better coupon plugin that you could recommend?
@christian1983 Thank you for reaching out. Sounds like I have the same plugin conflict that @metalvan had with “Advanced Coupons for WooCommerce Free”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-coupons-for-woocommerce-free/ Would appreciate any insight you can provide from here.
Hey @royalsiren @metalvan ,
Thank you for the info.
I will report this issue on the repo.
I will keep you informed.
Best,
Christian
Hey @royalsiren @metalvan
