[Plugin: Job Manager] Hyperlink

Hello,

I’m setting up jobs website for volunteers. Organizations can diliver their info and we put in on the website. In de job manager i want to show a link to the website of that particular organization. But when i do it (f.e. in a html code-block of textarea) then the link is opening in a new window with a wrong url: http://www.myownwebsite.nl/http://www.exampleorganisation.nl

How to change that?
