[Plugin: Job Manager] Application form is not generated

    The apply now button works (not 404) but the application form is not displayed.
    The strange this is that without changing any settings with a fresh install the form comes first time.
    If I add more app. fields and save it the form not showing up on the page any more.

    Tried permalinks on/off, new install, nothing seems to work.
    Any clues?

    Figured it out.
    The plugin was conflicting with another plugin (WP-prettyPhoto) of my theme that was using jQuery.
    Disabled it now it works fine.
