Plugin Jetpack – Problem with e-mail subscription links

On my wordpress site, I have the Jetpack plugin and enabled it to put a little widget on my sidebar where people can e-mail subscribe to me and be notified when I post new posts. Unfortunately I was informed that when the e-mail is opened, it will show that there is an update for them and will direct them to my website but the site will load a page not found message. Why is it not bringing them directly to my newest post?

(I also noticed when linking to previous posts on my site the links give the same message. But when linking to outside webpages, it works fine.)
