I’m setting up Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) on my website and I came across a weird plugin conflict when I have Pods enabled.

The default checkout page of EDD is /checkout/ (an actual WP page btw). With Pods disabled that page loads fine. However, when I activate Pods and try to access that page I am getting redirected to a draft post (ie. /?p=1620). Immediately after deactivating Pods the /checkout/ page is accessible again (and the redirect is back after the activation of Pods, just a different draft post after each deactivation/activation).

Using v2.4.3 of Pods btw (and latest version of EDD too).

Oh that’s very odd! Haven’t seen this issue on other EDD sites with Pods before, I’m very curious what might cause that, as we don’t actually do anything with URLs like that.

Do you have any Pods setup as custom post types? Are any root-level? Is that draft post one of the posts for the Pods-registered post types?

Nope, I don’t. I only had a block of fields (one field to be exact) for my Portfolio CPT. The draft posts are all Posts.
