What is the URL? Are you using a catalog view or other plugin or theme that does alot to the shop styling?

Also, what version are you on? Be sure it is either 1.8 or 2.1

Nevermind, I found your URL on the post. It appears the theme your using has a customize displaying of the products in both the shop view, and single products. This means the proper CSS class hierarchy isn’t there and the targetting in the plugin won’t work. I can add support for your theme, even while I think it’s kind of an anomaly.

When do you need it by?

Well I have bad news, upon further inspection I have realized your theme doesn’t add the Out of Stock or ‘outofstock’ css class to products that are out of stock. So there is no way to dynamically apply the image overlay because there’s nothing identifying it as out of stock.

It doesn’t look like this will work with your theme.

what is the solution of my site ?

    Hi Andrew,
I’m having the same issue and you seem to be willing to help. Can you explain how to use the class “.outofstock” to display the out of stock banner in a gallery? Thank you! I am copying this message into the other relevant thread.
