Hi @waseemsannib,
Could you please share a screenshot of the campaign or sequence editor showing the missing Save and Import Template buttons?
When you can, please also check the browser’s Console and Network tabs for errors and share any relevant messages. If possible, reinstall FluentCRM and FluentCRM Pro using fresh plugin packages, then let us know whether the buttons return.
Thank you

Hi @amimulihsanmahdi
These some screenshots of the problem, you can see I don’t have a saving button to save the template after editing it. the save template button above just saves the title not the template. Before sometimes it gets back and i can import template or save template, now you can see missing many options on the editor such as saving button and import template.
Any suggestion?
I have uninstall and reinstalled the plugins multiple times, no luck

It seems like the screenshots are not accessible, can you attach them again?

Hi @waseemsannib,
From the screenshots, it looks like the default Gutenberg editor interface may be interfering with FluentCRM’s email editor. Could you check whether you have any Gutenberg-related plugins that load scripts across the admin area?
As a test, please temporarily deactivate Gutenberg-related plugins, or other plugins that add features or scripts to the block editor, then reopen the email sequence editor and see whether the Save and Import Template controls return. Please take a screenshot of the result and let us know what you find. You can reactivate the plugins afterward.
Thank you

Hi @waseemsannib,
Thanks for testing that. Since disabling the Gutenberg-related plugins didn’t bring the controls back, we’ll need a few more details to investigate the conflict.
Could you let us know which theme is active and share the names of any other plugins that add features to the editor or load scripts across the WordPress admin? Your screenshot appears to show 59 active plugins, so another plugin may be affecting the editor.
Can you please share those details here so our team can review them and investigate further.
Thank you!
