[Plugin: InteliWISE Virtual Agent] No widget, no support

Proceeded all installation steps from:
https://panel.inteliwise.com/index.php?view=add_ons_extras&task=wordpress2
In the step “7. Click and drag the InteliWISE Virtual Agent bar to the Primary Widget Area zone.” there is no widget available.
Its impossible to get support (even repor the problem).
Result – not working, no support…
