Please, please, don’t use embedded script tags!
<script>tag as plain string to the header or footer makes it hard to disable it if it makes issues with a installation.

In my case, I’ve got jQuery already loaded, and your plugin is loading it a second time.
wp_deregister_script( 'jquery' ); wp_register_script( 'jquery', 'http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/XXXXXXXXX/jquery.min.js'); wp_enqueue_script( 'jquery' );
