Sorry, I let that doman expire. 🙁
There was only one small doc there though.

Browsing through the support forum topics (http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/import-users-from-csv) should answer most of the questions you may have regarding the use of the plugin.
Ideally they should be compiled in the one page FAQ but unfortunately I haven’t had time to do that yet.
