    Hi!

Your plugin ignores the time zone set in WP when creating archives:
The creation date/time is the server time, and not the time according to the WP timezone.

    Kind regards,
    Gerald

    Hi Gerald,

That is correct. We’ll add an item in the backlog to integrate that in as an option in a future release.

    Thanks

    There are two issues:
    1. The timestamps on files when creating archives
    2. The timestamps on files when restoring archives

The timestamps in the log file created during restore appear to be GMT times and not the server or website time zone. I suggest the log timestamps should be those of the target/destination server.

I have found another timestamps issue where the time written into .htaccess is one hour earlier than the file timestamp. My timezone is GMT+2 so I can’t figure out where this came from – it is neither GMT time or local server time.

I refer to the sample text below:

    # This file was updated by Duplicator on 2017-06-07 15:18:23. See .htaccess.orig for the original .htaccess file.

    Thanks
