[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] There was a problem while notifying Bing.

    Every time I check the settings for the XML Sitemap generator, I see the error mentioned above. When I click “View Result,” I get:

    Ping Test
    Trying to ping: http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=http%3A%2F%2Fthemartinishaker.com%2Fsitemap.xml.gz. The sections below should give you an idea whats going on.

    Errors, Warnings, Notices:
    Notice: WP HTTP API Web Request failed: name lookup timed out in /nfs/c01/h08/mnt/6113/domains/themartinishaker.com/html/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/sitemap-core.php on line 2364

    But, when I click the link above that the plugin is trying to ping, I automatically get a success.

    Any idea why the plugin is timing out on the Bing ping?
