[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Records Does not Exist

I think these weird records came from system problem but I can seem to find them and it only effects XML. I was hoping someone might have a clue where I could take this out with mysql.

All I want to know is where does xmal get that dang URL cause its not in the post wp_post as far as I can tell.
