[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Plugin settings cached to URL?

First of all, awesome plugin. Thank you so much!

I’m having a minor issue where settings I make on my development server are not maintained when I publish the DB to my live server. Is there some sort of cache of the settings, perhaps with the URL as a defining key?
