Map is loading correctly but larger map is not working and your java scripts are not included in the page. I think that is the issue.
You’re using an old version of jQuery (and it’s probably hard-coded) and don’t have wp_footer() function call implemented properly. Unfortunately you’ll have to contact the theme developer to correct those issues.

I just downloaded this plugin, really love it, but when Iclick on the map it doe snot open – is this a lightbox issue?

Fancybox JS is included twice. You’ll have to get someone to either modify the theme or the plugin.
